We’d like to inform your good selves that with effective 31th. Of August 2022 as per Holding Company’s decree Adm. Tarek Shahin has been appointed as CEO as a successor to Adm. Mohamed Abdel-Kader Gaballa who has been appointed as the company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, we wish him luck & success in his new position.
